Wearing getting out on passive-aggressive lists by libs as a badge of honor. This one is my favorite:

she can’t even wait til the new sewing machine is out of the box to climb on in 😹

I had to get a heavy duty sewing machine because the Throat Goat, my quilting machine, doesn’t do well with more than 6 layers of fabric, which happens with some quilt patterns.

I definitely didn’t have creationist quilting fabric on my bingo card for the day, but here we are and I am actually wheezing at the clothed Adam and Eve like

yes, we believe that god created earth in 7 days but the part about Adam and Eve being naked was not meant to be taken literally

Another quilt for another cousin’s kid. The fabric is from the Only You line from Riley Blake Designs and the pattern is Patchwork Flying Geese from Quilty Love. #quiltsky

I love how we have two perfectly serviceable dog beds in the yard and they still choose to nap in dirt piles.

I have no idea how I’m going to quilt this, but I’m definitely enjoying the sewing process. #quiltsky

what’s up, #quiltsky? I finally finished this quilt for my cousin’s daughter. The pattern is charm chain stars from crinklyquilts on insta and the fabric is from the Endpaper collection by Jen Hewitt with Ruby Star Society. I really love how it turned out!

deep in the wilderness of piecing purgatory tonight, though I do love the four-at-a-time method of making flying geese. so nifty! and no wasted fabric! #quiltsky

coping with the fascism of it all by starting off a baby blanket with a starry quilt block, improving my sewing and quilting skills one seam at a time because it seems like I’m going to need them.

I should probably be doing something semi-productive, but I’d much rather get started on a new knitting project. 🧶

These plants are growing so fast that they’ll be flowering before I can put them out. 😅

I am once again asking the squash and zucchini to stop bullying the tomato plants. 🌱

Since most plants don’t have ears, I’m repotting them.

Stoked at the amount of growth I’m seeing! Squash, zucchini, and cucumbers are popping right up and tomatoes are starting to emerge as well. 🥰

The only plants on the bottom that are coming in are the okra, but that’s not surprising because peppers always take longer to sprout. 🌱
