“I forget to eat” could never be me. I am always aware that eating is an option. It’s the worst. I hate that it’s like this. No amount of protein meeting goals, filling up on low cal stuff, nothing seems to tame it. It’s like a forever battle with my brain that I will never win

I wish i could afford a glp-1 not so much for the amount of weight I’d drop but the idea of NOT being bombarded by food noise like incessant popup ads in my brain 24/7 sounds fuckin blissful tbh.
