The character development did not disappoint. I got to know so many interesting people, but the plot lines were not as tight as prior seasons. I felt similarly about the womanizers in season 2. Maybe longer incubation in a writers room for season 4?

Good point. Character development was not sacrificed this season. I just wish the many plots were as tight as previous seasons.

Bernie is old too and he’s great at pointing out hypocrisy and inspiring ideals. Yet for the 34 years he’s been a legislator in DC, he’s shown very little interest in passing legislation.

Unfortunately, you need to be over 50 years old to remember the pre-Wilpon Mets. I suppose ownership was somewhat dysfunctional from the start, but the Wilpons were particularly awful.
