I use the neck in stock, don’t use the giblets. Always chopped them for my cats but I don’t have a cat any more. Maybe I’ll put them out for the strays I get.

Cranberry sauce goes well with pork. Never tried cooking the cranberries with the pork like I do apples but don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

I do a similar thing with leftovers—turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes in one container with gravy to cover & keep moist. Add a veggie & have T’giving any time.
