I have been diligently working on Chapter 3 of #AATF and I think I have leveled up on my backgrounds and lineart :)
WIP of a drawing of large suburban houses in two point perspective. The houses blend together traditional and modern African and Western architecture, as well as borrow from bird nest designs. The houses are surrounded by native East African plants. The lineart itself is super thin and detailed, a departure from OP’s usual style.

Sis has been slowly gaining interest ever since I lived with her post grad school. At first, she said it reminded her of me when she missed me. Then, it turned into her attending birding walks while visiting me. Now, she’s downloaded the MerlinID app and independently goes on hikes to find birds.
