At our old address the owners had put the built-in oven in front of the stopcock, you had to unscrew then carefully slide out and balance the oven to shut off the water 🥺

I had dealings with quite a few charities over a 25 year period, many were incompetent and wasteful. Some were run for the benefit of the staff/family/friends and were corrupt, only two were run for the good of the community they served

makes sense, I reduced our meat intake for health and financial reasons recently, lots more root veg 😞

I feel so sorry for you, I know how debilitating it got for Mr CW. He tried everything going, including a change of diet - turns out the solution was changing a lot of his medication around plus switching to esomeprazole.

After years of necking antacids like sweeties Mr CW was prescribed Esomeprazole, which has been a real life changer. Stopped his acid reflux completely and he can now eat food that's been off the menu for years. You can get a lower dose otc
