Survived surgery. Still only two days into recovery but it seems to be going well. Excited to get back to being a menace to society again.

I'm not a breakfast person, let alone this early, so I ended up sharing the apple with my guinea pigs. I'm now back next to my snoozing partner, hoping to get some more sleep, but also enjoying the peace before the chaos that will follow today.

Endo surgery today. Can't have anything but plain water past 7am. So up at 6am for poptarts, an apple, and more importantly the biggest mug of tea I could get in me.
I'm scared. But hopeful this is the start of getting better. It has to be.

Two weeks into new job. Absolutely loving it so far. Haven't had much time or brain for art, as had to manage fatigue and pain levels. But I did get a lovely puzzle, and finally started playing Pokémon: Legends Arceus!

In a really bad #endometriosis flare up, so working from home today.
I left my tea in the kitchen. Which is bad enough. But what is adding insult to injury is that I can see it from my perishing spot on the sofa. The universe is cruel.

At some point you have to just take off the washi tape and step away from the piece. Might go back in for some minor adjustments/ touch ups. But otherwise I think this one is pretty much done.
