It’s been a while!

Life pressed pause when I had to say goodbye to my gorgeous dog.

Since then there’s been a big change, I’ve stepped back into the NHS!

So here I am, ready to reconnect.

The last two days my colleague Peter and I had the absolute pleasure of working with a brilliant group of senior leaders from Rotherham NHSFT

Their willingness to lean in and be vulnerable was inspiring
