That's a HUGE yikes. And the article states that it has happened before in Winnepeg. I don't understand why jail is where they got sent, there are so many better options than treating them like criminals.

Acknowledging the adversity that change inevitably causes AND follow-up with possible outcomes that are beneficial.
We need to be realistic that change IS uncomfortable, but we can steer through that discomfort to positive outcomes.

Soup. I make it once a week - sausage soup, ham and potato soup, or week's end soup (where I throw whatever if left in the fridge at weeks end). I love a nice hot soup when it's cold out and I can make it with ANYTHING.
