Not usually too squeamish with spiders but wasn't ready for jumping spiders launching at me at work (dog rescue) the paws and talking to them like they're assholes in Angel's family helped 🤣

U definitely deserve for ur body to heal from self destructive coping mechanisms at any age after lapsing during a hard time but been there too so I get it 💕
