I was in residency in the 1980s when invasive H flu infections (including meningitis) were common. After the introduction of HiB vaccine the incidence of invasive infections decreased by 99% in children under 5 years.
Do these MAHA nihilists really want hospitals to reopen the meningitis wards?

Take a look at the 2/27 CDC statement on the measles outbreak. Although there is nothing explicitly false in the statement, the prominent link to vitamin A and absence of links to vaccines is highly suspect.
