I found some surprising stuff in there. Like how dominant Jean-Michel Basquiat has become. Not a surprise to see him lead. But by that much is interesting. It's a good read.

The first time I saw one in person I was shocked at how much uglier they are in real life. The look is not going to age well. Will go down as one of the biggest failures in automotive history.

That's like saying the point of profit is mute because lots of companies already make money. Or that accounting is mute because the books are already balanced. What a naive view of how businesses actually work.

So far the more diverse companies have beat the pants off less diverse companies. The limit to the importance of the policy is your limit for how eager you are to win.

You're being wildly unrealistic. You interview candidates. You're going to see their race, ancestry, and sex.

Diversity IS a qualification. Placing qualifications above qualifications is nonsense. Diverse companies outperform.

If you like making money, that should interest you.
