it really is the perfect winter food!! most of them take quite some time and effort to make BUT it's always worth it in the end imo

my mom's part of the family is from southern germany and i LOOOVE the dishes my grandma used to make for us whenever we came over!! gaisburger marsch, maultaschen, eierhaber, bechamelkartoffeln, just to name a few :) ive learned to make a few recipes myself but havent eaten most in a while now
