Light breakfast and dinner, but for lunch, 2LBS of chicken, Tofu, Potatoes, Broccoli, Large salad and edamame.
Working on a new diet for optimal muscle growth. Going to try and eat 300-400 grams of protein a day, as well as lots of vegetables and carbs.

Currently I'm in the middle of cooking 20LBS of chicken so I can meal prep for the coming days.

I'm going to push for a slightly better time in terms of running and after I've achieved my first goal for running I'll start training abs as well as arms. (Legs comes first, but overall build is also important for cardio)

I'm proud of my current progress, but also have so far to go.

Just FYI my workout routine takes 5-6 hours. Not because it takes that long but because after my first run I am so exhausted that I need to rest for an hour before even standing, and after that I do one more run and then rest then finish it off with a 1 hour+ speed walk.

Been trying this new routine where first thing in the morning I run on my treadmill. I don't eat breakfast first, take a shower, or anything. I wake up and within five minutes I'm running on the treadmill. It's been quite difficult to keep it up but I feel much more healthy doing so!

I can currently run at 8MPH for 12 minutes. Which is quite low, but then again I've only been doing jogging / distance walking beforehand, nothing that completely winds me so this is a major step up.

Very ambitious, but if I can do 60 minutes of 8.7 MPH I'll then get a new more difficult treadmill
New goal for running. I've been running at 8.0 miles, for the past few days I've been upping the amount of time I have to run by 1 minute everyday.

Hoping to get to 60 minutes eventually, at which point I'll then increase the treadmill speed to its maximum (8.7 MPH)
