Ah I haven’t tried it for anything outside of config files. Could setup everything you want then dpgk —get-selections > pkg.txt, then a script to install from that list.

Maybe an ansible playbook?

Local git server and symlink my config files. Love the version control so I can rollback if I realize I hate something.

Damn got me there. Lamar’s got crazy stats but doesn’t lock it in when it counts. I’d absolutely pick Lamar over Allen for a fantasy league but if he can’t get it done with the crazy weapons they have this year I don’t see him bringing a ring home anytime soon.

Can vouch that Browsh is great to mess with coworkers when screen sharing.

That’s great for responsible parents, and I absolutely advocate the use of these.

That leaves a gap of kids with tech illiterate parents or in a tough home life and they don’t deserve to be the subject of predatory algorithms during formative years just bc of their upbringing.

Knowing it’s a tool and not a final decision is key. A good LLM will be right most of the time, and the consumer should be there to double check as a safeguard when the results of the input are high impact.

Right there behind seeing a forum solution with:

Bingo, POC something for fun or that you plan on scrapping anyway.

It’s a cool process to watch, like everything is has its issues and the end result is only as good as the prompts it’s given (and model used).

It’s a fun way to kill an hour and sometimes it does things in a way I wouldn’t have considered or pulls in a library I wasn’t aware existed.

How is that book? Been on my “to read” list for a while.

Would be awesome to hear about their process around picking and choosing the tech used to build Bluesky and things they would potentially change given the knowledge they have now.
