the nhs waitlist is 40 months just to be contacted to start the process - which is fucking insane to me
whereas care adhd is like 6-8 weeks in comparison

I wanted to avoid the newer providers because I couldn’t find a lot of reviews
was going to go with oakdale but the waiting times slightly put me off (12-18 months)
eventually decided on care adhd and now I sit and wait for the gp to get back to me
