Not sure if the medium of podcasts has masterpieces, but if it does then the 4 part @theresthistory.bsky.social series on The Murder of Franz Ferdinand is such.

A 5k run to Brigham today. Had intended to run longer but went a little too quickly for this stage of my running comeback..so ran out of energy.

Trying to make #running fun again by varying time of day and reason for going out.

Today was a 5k jog to drop off some recycling and get a few odds and ends.

Merry Christmas, a day for caring for yourself and others.

Having worked in social care all my working life I know there's a whole workforce out there giving up their day to look after those who need it.

That's remarkable isn't it?

Lovely countryside walk this morning.

You can't beat #cumbria for scenic walks easily accessible from your doorstep.

Christmas Saturday (or is that the next one?) (or is it not even a thing?).

4 supermarkets
1 haircut
6 new books bought.

Spending my evening hoping oncall remains quiet and with my nose poked into M. W. Craven's "Black Summer".
