I agree with your opinion here, but "low key" and "worst abuses of power" do not belong in the same sentence. I know it's the expression du jour, but it's a bit like saying, "No offense, but you are really stupid."

Here's another example of cowards hiding behind the concept of "nonpartisan." Being "nonpartisan" in this age of open fascism is enabling said fascism. Michaels is dead wrong. Satire has a point of view. Satire is born of outrage. SNL is toothless corporate spoof.
