Adding this to my To Be Read pile. I hear it's good. The Bond by F. K. Miller. Fantasy fans should give it a try. #AmReading

My current reading. This book reprints material from early Doctor Who annuals from Hartnell through to Tom Baker (no Davison). One Pertwee text story has the Doctor fight against a Kelad, a robotic creature whose name spelled backwards will be familiar... This predates the Kaleds in Genesis.

#StarTrek TNG "Inheritance": The one with Data's Mom. The build-up to the final revelation is good, with both Spiner & Fionnula Flanagan extracting every ounce of emotion out of the script. When I was younger, I disliked character-centric stories like this, but I appreciate them more now.

#StarTrek TNG "Half a Life": Pleased to see a familiar face here as Timicin's daughter (Michelle Forbes - Ro in the next season). The love story between Timicin (David Ogden Stiers) & Lwaxana (Majel Barrett) is tender. They play their parts beautifully, presenting both sides of the moral dilemma.

Great to get my contributor's copy of What the Fans Think Space: 1999!!! Nice to see my name next to my reviews. Less great to see my essay attributed to someone else. Really upset by this. I worked hard on that essay. #writingcommunity

Coming soon from @nomadicdelirium.bsky.social: "The Man Who Killed Computers"! A standalone science fiction e-book reprinting a much-expanded tale of artificial intelligences, sociopaths, and violence. Geraldine is caught in the middle of 2 disturbed minds, one human and one not... #SciFi #Writing

Someone at the Lego store is having fun, because they sure don't sell this set, but not gonna lie - I'd go for an X-Men/Batman set.

Reading the DWM Special Edition about missing episodes and fascinated to read about the Peter Cushing radio series and the lost pilot they made. What a shame that no one kept that. Hadn't heard of it before. #DoctorWho

Samak Press have done a lot of lovely promo art for the book, as well as the superb cover. I'm not sure who the artist/designer is/are, or I'd credit them. :)

I don't see Pencil Tip Publishing here on Blue Sky, so here is John Swogger's cover for their forthcoming book, What the Fans Think: Space: 1999, which has a few articles by myself in it. It should be out in July, I hear! Very exciting news! #WritingCommunity #ScienceFiction #SciFi

I got to play a Judge Dredd pinball machine today. It had 2 sets of flippers, which was a nice touch. At one point I had 6 balls in play simultaneously. Lots of fun!

Is this the scene where the Doctor pees over the shelf?

(Not that I usually explain my jokes, but this one's a bit obscure....)
