The argument that Communism is the cure to fascism isn’t one based on what happened during ww2

Its based in the fact that communism justly steers workers frustrations towards capitalists and the owning class - rather than marginalized people, who are scapegoated by Neoliberals/Fascists

I don’t have to defend everything that happened under the USSR after ww2

I CAN point out how what happened was a natural conclusion of the events that led up to it

Saying “USSR bad cos they invaded Poland in a defensive pact” is disingenuous, because it ignores all the prior events that led to it

When Neoliberals make defensive pacts with Hitler and carve up Baltic countries, itMs for some reason not a condemnation of Neoliberalism

But when the one Socialist country does it, because NO OTHER COUNTRIES WOULD HELP THEM, it’s a condemnation on all of communism
