Somtimes I just need to get out of bed for a few minutes to remind my brain its sleepy. Then I get back into bed and Im out. Like a reset button i guess. A hot shower also helps somtimes.

I feel that 💯. I have art I want and need to do. Every day I don't is a day I don't move forward towards my dreams. Adhd paralysis suuuucks. I noticed if I don't give myself time to talk myself out of it and just start. I at least make something. It's bad most of the time, but that's ok.
