For years my dad said he wished he had the sampler 8 track that came with his 76 New Yorker. So for his Christmas present one year I bought one on eBay and had it transferred to CD. I also saved it to iTunes for myself because it brought back memories. Still listen to it occasionally.

I went to the Birmingham Race Course Casino this week for the first time and took this video of the old tracks (horse on the outside, dog inside). Pretty sad, to be honest. I wish somehow they could bring the thoroughbreds back and restore this place to its original glory but I doubt the $ is there.
