31. Writer. Bookseller. Cersei trash. Deep down in fandom hell. I love video games, the old west, Anne Rice, WWDITS, and Tolkien a little too much 📚🥀🌌

Tonight's reading - I can't put it down! - is The Betrayal of Thomas True by A.J. West. A bold thriller set in Georgian England amidst the underworld of the molly houses.

My personal reading has slowed a little because I'm on the voting panel for a literary prize at work, but that doesn't stop me from buying...

In a similar vein, a book I've had since I was a teenager and love so much the pages are coming away from the spine. Deadwood: Stories of the Black Hills is an absolute MUST for any fans of the show. History, quotes, interviews, analysis. David Milch wrote this and it shows 👏👏👏 #booksky

I've been doing some bookcase tidying and found this one for the gamers. Dishonored: The Dunwall Archives is one of my favourite game art/concept books. Beautifully laid out and with lots of accompanying information. #booksky

Caroline Darian, the daughter of Gisèle Pelicot, is releasing a book about their story on the 14th of this month. I have pre-ordered it. While no doubt a very difficult read, I think this will be an important one #booksky

My next read! Gifted to me by Harper Collins. One of the short stories is presented in graphic novel form. It's so refreshing to pick up a horror collection that isn't just repeating the big classics! #booksky

I refuse to accept WWDITS is ending. I won't. I can't. I need my comedy vampires as much as my angsty ones.
