My ghost peppers are already to harvest notice the wax shine on them. This means that they are very healthy and hot 🌶️🔥

Super moist chicken can be difficult to achieve so this is how I do it. Basically I cook the chicken 30% on the grill to get the smoke and grill flavors then I cook it the remainder 80% in a cast iron skillet. Comes out great 🔥
