With the abolition of NHSE, there is an opportunity to make sure that each of these functions are dealt with at the correct level, whether that be DHSC, ICBs or your local GP.

Too much bureaucracy can slow things up and incurs unnecessary costs, but bureaucracy is not all bad! Someone needs to be allocating resources, monitoring efficiency, implementing policy strategies, testing and promoting new tech solutions etc etc.
