Imminent is different to each person. In this climate, someone with fame/ public sway saying on TV a group of people should be killed seems like it should be expected that someone would act on that. It could be why that group was shot at. You say it doesn't raise to that level. I don't see why

No, I said as much I'm concerned his statements had something to do with that group of people being shot at 2 x shortly after he made them was that his intent I don't know do you? No one can really know that. If caught does the shooter need to say his words inspired them? Where is the line?

I'm not a lawyer, I don't know the in's and out's, someone with a platform saying we should just involuntary lethal inject them, or kill them. When talking about a group of people sounds like a call to violence. That group was targeted shortly after, in 2 separate shootings.

No, I'm definitely for free speech, but 1A does not protect speech that incites people to break the law, including to commit acts of violence I was thinking bogging down the system and forcing them to uphold actual laws feels like doing something there aren't a lot of pushback options left

Can you link a story? Everything I can find said the homeless man (Cory Zukatis) was a white man again not that its not still horrific but I like to have current correct info

I know your right. I was just thinking if the administration can use agencies to remove people, they don't like, maybe we should be bogging down the system urging removal of people inciting people to violence. Just to push back like calling Fox or your rep in congress

Because they want to show they can do whatever they want whenever they want. People inside the US aren't getting due process why would they give people outside the US that courtesy. They want that government removed this is a step in that direction the list is long!
