Icy icy Cubs team at the moment and Happ is in his yearly abysmal month. Metrics say a little bad luck, but woof. We need someone to get hot (kyle Tucker? Maybe square up a ball??!?)

@support.bsky.team ok friends. It would be REALLLLLY nice if I could open the app to look up Chicago Cubs information and not have it be filled with Cub and Bear content. Not saying it can’t be in here, to each their own, but may mayyyyyybe there’s a way to filter better

Disagree here. I think an extension is going to be planned. He’s a top ten player in the league. Shaw has been reported as a potential 3B and there are lots of players in the system who can play there. This is a desperately needed bat to
Complement Suzuki

I’ve officially bought into “Jed’s cooking” with all the Tucker smoke (and Bellinger).

I crave pain and sadness

It honestly just feels like Jed shouldn’t be in the position he is in. He’s obviously good understanding talent evaluations, but he seems over his head all the time

Now that Soto is off the board, winter meetings should be interesting. I could see Bellinger heading to New York to fill RF and 1B for them.

Hot Take? Perhaps San Diego…

It’s not the duty of Dems to deal with a porn bot ridden, manipulated engagement, and hate filled platform of anonymous shit stirring mouth breathers to bring them to the table. Platforms like politico, etc are much more of a reason we are where we are.

The fact that Bellinger opting in has seemingly turned this offseason on its head for the Cubs seems to be a pretty sad indictment of what the front office is prepared to do this offseason.

As cubs fans, I think we just better prepare for this scenario with or without Jed. It comes from the top

Wait, is he getting... gender affirming care?!?
This… adds up.

I wish more writers would just come out and say this, rather than “Jed is sticking to his gameplan” etc. this ownership/front office is cheap and is more about money than winning. It is what it is. Jed 100% is not someone who’s cooking in the back. He doesn’t deserve that credit

A perfect example of how baseball is a fickle and often brutal sport. Two years ago these two had bright lights in their name. Injuries, backslides, and roster crunches now have them w/o a job. I hope they make the roster somehow.

@bsky.app alright friends. Now that I’m here, I’m going to need you guys to allow me to get notifications from specific accounts. I won’t name names, but there is an other app that’s WAYYYYY worse and has an edgelord name that allows it.

Please and thanks

This will never not make my eyes bleed. Fourth most valuable franchise with the most expensive game experience. Cheap and pathetic. We’re not the rays
"New (Orioles) ownership has given general manager Mike Elias the flexibility to at least explore the markets for the top free agents, from Burnes on down."

Man, I wish I was the fan of a big market team like the Orioles.

Nothing gets my blood boiling like a mid tier signing I thought the cubs could use going to another team in November.

Just read that d’Arnaud called O’Hoppe before the trade was announced to tell him he had his back and he was going to help in every way. That could have been us JED.

Here for Chicago Cubs news, trade rumors and minor league baseball. Oh and the Iowa Hawkeyes because I hate myself. I’m just figuring out another social media at nearly 40 so bear (bare?) me?
