Next month, CUB will submit comments at the PUC on a major issue: rate structures for data centers. This year, we helped pass nation-leading protections at the state Legislature to make sure ratepayers don’t pay for data centers’ enormous power demands.

💡 Good news: As part of the Continuing Resolution that reopened the federal government, Congress approved funding for Energy Assistance. MN is now waiting for our state’s allocation to be processed and made available. We’ll share updates when we have them.
