In all my excitement for Michael Morales yesterday, I completely missed that Ashton Izzi was also activated, promoted, AND got his 1st start of the season with Everett! Congrats, Izzi!

Reid Morgan, former pitcher in the Mariners organization that was released at the start of the season, has announced his retirement.

I wish him the best of luck in the future, he was so fun to watch and such a sweetheart.

The Modesto Nuts will no longer be associated with the Seattle Mariners franchise after a purchase from the Diamond Baseball Holdings. The Low-A Team replacing them will be the Inland Empire 66ers, formerly the affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, which will happen in 2026.
