100%. It's mind-boggling how much there is to navigate. SSI (and the rejections/procedures to appeal), Medicaid, State services, legal guardianship...

Definitely feeling this today, so I needed this!! 19 yr old daughter on the spectrum w/additional intellectual disability. It's been a rough couple of months.

I may not get any work done now. I'm going to watch this on repeat.

If we can only, or only want to understand our own point of view, we can never grow as people or a society or as a species. I hope I never become that rigid in my thinking.

I've never understood why that was divisive. Was Obama factually incorrect there? Not that I can tell. Empathy really seems to enrage some of these people.

I think this hinges on the semantic 'credible'. They can avoid consequences for hiding information by saying they didn't find it credible. And I'm sure they have a subjective definition for that as well.

I need the first, so that I am capable of the second the third!

I think in part it's because the list of 'nono' words encapsulates complicated concepts. The voters in question can't or won't take the time to understand it, so it's frustrating to them and, therefore, beyond the 'common sense' that they believe is better than academia.

I, for one, would welcome an insane angry librarian overlord vs mango mussolini. But also I love Elizabeth Warren. Damn right she's angry. More people should be.

She doesn't think she did anything wrong either, so I'm not sure who that is supposed to convince.

I'd love to know how they think they'll be able to tell who individual people voted for. Or are they gonna screw over Trump voters that live in states that went blue? Might need some popcorn for that.

The Uganda video also turns what the R's are trying to use as a weakness, and make it a strength instead. Unfortunately, we can't seem to do that with facts anymore. Gotta do it with humor and charm. The video is fantastic!

I do wonder what their definition of able bodied, is. especially when confronted with something like picking produce and other farm labor. not an easy job under any co ditions.

I hope someone points out that if he didn't want shitty press, maybe he should do shitty things. Seems pretty logical to me.

Now I'm hoping for a U.S.S. Chuck Tingle during the next Dem. admin.

Thank you for your courage.

Smells like bs to me. I want someone who will fight for basic human rights and dignity, better wages, strengthening the social safety net. Also, appointing a real AG, and HHS Sec. Idgaf what that person thinks about Bidens mental acuity. Get back to me about that when R's show a spine.

Or a Ferengi. Serial Killer, or Ferengi.

100% with you. I'm a moment of someone on the spectrum too, and am both horrified and terrified.

This is why drug tests for Senators and Congresspeople should be mandatory. He's got to be on something.

Thank you, Senator Booker.

If we can equip the Golem with our space laser it would be awesome.

People must be doing something, since call volume is so high I can't get through to either Durbin or Duckworth. I used resistbot in the meantime though!
