Your $60 investment in CubeCart over 20 years works out at $0.25 per month. Your expectations for on demand staff time isn't realistic.

Finally... if you were paying us a subscription for your CubeCart powered store we would of course help. The fact remains that you've has a CubeCart powered store for 20 years that has cost you ~$60USD as a one time fee ($0.25 per month). You can't expect on demand staff time.

2/2 We stopped selling license keys around 15 years ago. These didn't come with a lifetime technical support for subsequent free major versions your one time purchase of around $60 USD.

I can't login to the admin side of my store and the password reset tool doesn't work?!
If you can't remember the login to the admin side of your store and the password rest tool isn't sending you an email to regain access the only way access can be regained is to forcefully change it...
