As much as I would love to move to non Microsoft based office suite, I have many complex spreadsheets that rely on some Excel exclusive formulae and macros. I am in too deep, converting everything would be a gargantuan task. I would also need to convince my org too, which just wont happen sadly.

My work laptop came with it, tried to install W10 but HP won’t release the audio drivers for W10 so had to keep W11, I hate it so much. Tempted to try dual boot Linux but would need to have some sort of VM setup for Office programs 😫
