In honor of my temporary Australian home, I went full Aussie for Halloween. The greatest compliment so far is one of our Spaceballs crew members said, “You look like my cousin.” Then someone else said, “You look like all our cousins.” STRAYA!

SPACEBALLS THE TABLE READ! It’s hard to believe we’re making another Spaceballs. It’s harder to believe Mel Brooks picked us to write it. So grateful to be working with this amazing cast and crew. This is beyond my wildest dreams. It probably goes without saying, but MAY THE SCHWARTZ BE WITH YOU!

Comic-Con Day 2 was a whirlwind! We had an amazing meet & greet for LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy - Pieces of the Past with the incredible Ashley Eckstein, Ahsoka herself! Ashley is the most generous person, and I know everyone who got a ticket to the sold out event left with a smile!

Greetings from Shibuya! One of the reasons I became a screenwriter is it seemed like one of the professions in which you might suddenly be sent off on an adventure, Bilbo Baggins-style. Tokyo is perhaps my favorite city in the world, and I am so grateful life found a way to bring me back here.

My son, there is very little I can teach you. I cannot ride a bike. I would be hard pressed to change a tire. I don’t know how to start a fire or chop down a tree. I have never been in battle nor saved a life. But this…this I can teach.
