Typical democrat self own. Sign an important infrastructure bill, don't message on it so the American people are largely unaware of what it accomplishes, and make sure that the majority of projects sit idle until the next admin so they can message on dem accomplishments.

1) Trump didn't know about the ruling?
2) Miller is lying about the ruling directly to Trump in front of cameras in the oval.
3) Clearly Trump doesn't give a flying shit about it given #1&2.
This isnt willful disregard, its a complete lack of any concern.
