I've recently heard that Ontario is typically either conservative provincially and Liberal federally or conservative federally and liberal provincially. Very rare to be both the same level for those two levels of government.

Only 151k registered liberals voted for Mark Carney to become the leader of the Federal liberal party.

We have until October for our federal election but I wouldn't be surprised if we're at the polls for a federal election by the end of April/May as he currently doesn't hold a seat in parliament.
