Misty morning in Alexandria

@alyia4alx.com @sarahbagley.bsky.social How can I get the city to do something about people parking on the sidewalk at 400 N Union? I've been reporting to 311 and APD for literally years and yet the same few cars park like this every day.

This is also a daily issue on the 400 block of N Union St. I've been trying to get the city to address it for YEARS and yet the same 4 cars continue to do it every day.
