Tonight! Dropping some cheeky tunes in Melbourne at The Vinyard in St Kilda 10pm. Then dropping a stream from 2am AU time (UK afternoon, US late afternoon) :-)

RIP Seiki Kato san; head of Korg prod planning in late 80s. He inspired the engineers to push the M1 to its limits even tho it seemed cost prohibitive; worked overtime with the sound designers; and just as he predicted, ROM prices fell just in time. For a while, Korg wore the multi-timbral crown!

The percussion on this is absolutely wild. Sample gold I tell ya! I vaguely remember buying this years ago after quite a few drinks in Tokyo (inevitably ended up in a record store!) Somehow got slid in the trance section of my collection. It's always awesome to rediscover a random record!
