In addition to #Warm4Holidays items to drop off at libraries, here's items for your car: shovel, blanket, poncho, gloves, flashlight, first aid kit, tools, jumper cables, tow rope, reflective triangle. I’d add reflective vest, phone charger, food, water, TP, extra clothes, hand warmers.
