The NFL's regular season overtime rule is the best compromise. By allowing the first team to walk off with a touchdown, it mitigates the clear advantage the deferring team gets when both teams are allowed to possess the ball.

The only reason the NHL's Four Nations Face-Off works is because the players actually care about it. NBA, NFL, MLB can try whatever gimmicks they like, if it feels like an exhibition, fans largely won't care.

It's amazing to me that people actually thought the Indiana Fever wouldn't attract every big name WNBA free agent on the market. Who wouldn't want to play for a team that shatters attendance records, gets every game nationally televised, and has a star who can lead you to a title?

Now that Myles Garrett has requested a trade, it’s time for the Browns to blow it all up again. This window, while promising in 2018-20, was slammed shut by a number of short-sighted, win now moves and a failure to move on from a coach that went 1-31.
