I really do hate when I have high #anxiety days.. because it really does feel like reality is breaking and just unable to relax or even think.
However my depression comes and goes but when it latches thoughts and emotions flood in questioning myself why I even bother continuing the next day.

Trying to explain my anxiety to someone will always be stressful when they think they understand but uses an example that in no way is similar.
There's multiple different types of anxiety and just saying you can do it through will power may not be best response to others.

I do like with #bluesky it's so much quieter than X formally known as Twitter.
My feed is just filled with politics and crazy conspiracy theories and I hate it.
Few months ago it was mild but more Gaming news. But with US election coming around that all changed.
