Not doing something vs sabotage or lying are very different

This is what I came here to say. Our judicial system failed us. This judge (along with the others) allowed Trump to play legal games and wind down the clock. As a normal citizen, how many time do you think I would be able to be held in contempt before actual consequences occurred?

Valid point, but the Democratic party exists within the states. An amendment needs national approval, and should be campaigned on/pushed from the top. It would be more appropriate to blame the DNC directly for not coordinating that but they still should have made it happen.

The ERA is from the seventies. How many Democratic majorities have there been since then? Seems like Democrats only push the big stuff when there's no chance for it to get anywhere.
