I looked it up and checked with the pcps here. As long as you have a letter of referral you should be able to call and schedule.

Your fall will be in your referral notes. They may ask other questions depending on the scheduler and you can call billing for an estimate. The moment your provider hits send they have your referral and are able to schedule it.

You're very welcome. Until I started working for the local hospital and doing referrals, i was a sit and wait too, because that's what we are told. "they will call".... I hope you can get some rest.

Call the referring office and get the number of where they referred you too and call them. If their referrals are anything like the offices I work at, their referrals are backed up. If you wait for them to call, it could be months.
