Strava and my chip time (40:14 at 12:57 per mile) disagree but it’s whatever! I may have stayed out a smidge too late the night before so I ran a comfortable pace and took it easy! 🤣😉🙃

My weight is staying about the same which is good. I’m about 10lbs away from goal. If I was running I would’ve hit it already. I’m just ready to get this appt together to figure out what’s wrong and fix it.
