This is Audrey II (for obvious reasons). She's a Night-blooming cereus. who graced us with her first flower two years ago. Just a few days ago, I noticed a bud! Audrey's eight and this is her second flower. It will open in the middle of the night and last just one day. I'm over-the-moon excited!

Sitting bundled up in fleece and a big, fat, fuzzy throw in our 56 degree living room. My husband is walking our Potcake, and all of a sudden "Baby It's Cold Outside" starts playing from Alexa. His subtle way of telling me the obvious. Hah!

Day 1 on Bluesky and I'm just beginning to feel my way along. I've been on Facebook for years, but the non-stop ads and Zuckerberg have pushed me over the edge. I'm looking forward to this new adventure!
