I don't think he even has a driver's license, which isn't super unusual for someone who lives in NYC, but still it's wild.

I bought a condo and finally was able to move in a little over a week ago, and already it’s significantly improved the quality of my life. Washer and dryer and dishwasher alone have been amazing. (Had none of those at my apartment.)

1840 US Census North Carolina: My 4th-gr-granfather's household. Substance farming with his 8 surviving kids, wife, his mother (she had never married, he was an illegitimate child of hers). He was the only person in the house who could read and write.
