3/3 I think time conversion is hard for everyone, and some poor soul messed up. The TT ban was to start after Jan 19. The 2025 inauguration began Jan 20 at 1:00 PM.
I think they turned off TT 24-25 hrs earlier than intended and started the turn on process 24 hrs earlier than intended.

Sunday, Jan 19 at 12:30 PM EST, TT announces it is restoring services thanks to yada yada. This was Monday, Jan 20 at 1:30 AM in Singapore.
