Yes. Mine are Aug 30th so I wasn’t really trusting of them.

I’ll waste one more tomorrow following your steps more closely. A costly experiment but they are a few months past date and I’m glad I can replace.

Thanks! I’m not sure if I wasted my “test” test. I could see the fluid level dropped partially in the upper part but could not really see anything in the wells. Dumb that I didn’t zoom in on my phone. The dock gave a green negative and not an inconclusive error so I have no clue.

Just glad my memory still works. Lol. I do have a question though. I have 10 PL tests that expired in Aug. I only just got access to my dock. I was testing it today for first time. Is ALL of the fluid supposed to release into the cartridge when you push the air button down?

I started listening to Sleep Magic when my mom passed away in the summer and then found Nothing Much Happens. I fall asleep so quickly now. I have trouble staying asleep but instantly pass out if I restart a story in the night. Both work for me…I skip past the ads.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I always notice your posts about her. I lost my mom in July. I wasn’t an adult until that day & like your mom, mine always had a comforting meal ready for our visits. On the night of her death we sat, lost & stunned at her table, eating the soup that she had prepared.

We remembered important phone numbers. I don’t think my dead godparents or my childhood best friend would come running to help in an emergency today but I could call those numbers now. Also physical photo albums are superior family archives to phone albums.

All fair points, but I kinda take exception to the “double doubling” down on Tim Hortons love now. Lots of fully Canadian shops to tie our identity to. And I do love me, and miss, some old school Tim’s! #NotSorry

Combined with the current push that we, as individuals, are solely responsible for our health issues, all related to our diet, exercise and vaccine choices. The erosion in trust of PH removes any accountability from Public Health, and even our doctors, to remain curious and forward thinking.

I get this too. We are absolutely not what others, especially that one, defines us to be. I’ve just redefined ‘nasty’ in the modern context. To me, it simply means willing to confidently speak truth to power.

Personally I’m fine with ‘nasty’ knowing what is entailed to qualify for the title. ‘Nasty Woman?’ Even better.

Betadine nose spray for spritzing. CPC mouthwash for routine gargling. Though I did buy the Betadine gargle for our home’s one infection. We use CPC mouthwash, nose spray and masks as a step if going into places and when we get home. Mostly avoid going into places. Lol.

We are using Salinex now but I found some Betadine in a local pharmacy. Spritz, gargle, mask, repeat.
