The consensus is 1965, but ok, go with 1960. And assume that Boomers turning 65 this year all decide to retire this year, before full retirement age. How were they supposed to get out of the way to give GenX access to better jobs & avoid retail work? 15% of workforce are Boomers, many in retail.
