Big oil is concentrated wealth and power, exactly what Trump and Co. are after. Diversifying energy is good for people and planet, bad for them. He isn't an idiot in the context of getting what he wants. They're (we're) all idiots for trading a habitable planet for a fistful of dollars.

Since canceling Spotify I have rediscovered the world of independent radio and it's great! Also, in the wake of funding cuts many of these stations need support more than ever. Two current favorites: WWOZ in New Orleans, and WDST in Woodstock, NY.
