🎃 Halloween is a fun time to get together with friends, celebrate, and dress up in costume.

🗣️ We want to remind you that consent is a sober, ongoing, verbal interaction that is free from pressure, threats, or fear—it is not a costume. If these aspects are not present, the interaction is harmful.

In Alberta, 67.5% of people report experiencing some form of abuse before the age of 15. Together, we can change this.

Abuse can take many forms—physical, emotional, sexual, and neglect. Recognizing the signs is critical, yet too often suspicions go unreported out of fear or uncertainty.
